Now that you've finished your course with us, you may have questions about claiming your eCard. While we cover this process and give each student the "Claiming Your eCard" flyer, many of our students forget the information or lose the flyer. The steps to claim your eCard are relatively simple, and you only need your name and email address to complete the process.
1. From your internet browser, visit www.heart.org/cpr/mycards.
2. From the student tab, enter your first name, last name, and email address you provided us when you signed in (your information must match how you signed in the day of class.)
3. Create a security question, answer a couple survey questions, and voila, you have your eCard available.
4. Once the page opens with your eCard (which gives you the option to save/print as either a full page certificate or as the traditional wallet-size card), you also have the ability to send an email link to anyone needing proof of your eCard directly from the eCard website.
Please make sure to save the email you receive from the AHA eCard system for future reference, you can access your eCard at any point during the two years the eCard is valid.
